Day 13: I am thankful for sleeping in.

Extra sleep, even just a an hour or 2 is so good for the body, mind and soul.

It gives us time to refuel after a long week of being drained of our energy sources.

Being able to regain our emotional strength is important so that we are able to function as emotional beings.

And that's exactly what I got this morning.
